Let’s get you back to what matters.

Relief Starts Here. With Care That
Sees the Whole You.

Virtual Care Built Around Your Goals

Chronic pain can take over your life, and too often, so does the search for relief. Maybe you’ve tried treatments that didn’t last, bounced between doctors, or felt unheard by the people who were supposed to help.

At Override, we meet you where you are and build a care plan around your life, your goals, and your story. We connect with you in just a few days, so you’re not stuck waiting months to get started. No waiting rooms. No driving to appointments. No disconnected providers. Just the right care, working together to help you move forward.

Transforming Life After 13 Years of Chronic Pain

Hear from a patient who, after 13 years of chronic pain, two surgeries, and countless treatments that brought little relief, had nearly lost hope that things could ever change.

Then she found pain care that finally understood her.

How Pain Coaching Helps Patients Reclaim Their Lives

Override’s certified pain coaches share their personal journeys from patients to coaches and reveal the tools and strategies that help people break the cycle of pain.

Who Override Helps

People living with chronic or persistent pain for longer than 3 months, such as neck/back pain, migraines, pelvic pain, fibromyalgia, joint pain, and more.

People who’ve tried conventional treatments, medications, or procedures without success and are now open to a more integrated and holistic approach.

Those who’ve lived with pain long enough and are ready to reclaim their life, whether that means walking the dog, taking a trip, or simply getting through the day with less struggle.

One Connected Team,
Treating the Whole You

Managing chronic pain can feel like a full-time job. You’ve bounced between specialists, left to make sense of conflicting advice, and often end up piecing together your own care.

That’s why Override builds a collaborative team around you with specialists in pain medicine, pain psychology, physical therapy, and coaching. They work together to treat the full experience of chronic pain, not just the symptoms.

Because when care works as one, you feel the difference.

Pain specialists offering non-opioid medications and guiding your full treatment plan.

Pain-focused therapists help you understand how stress, emotions, trauma, and thought patterns reinforce pain, and give you tools, including pain neuroscience education, to change them.

Physical therapists teach gentle, practical movement strategies you can practice at home with everyday items to rebuild your strength and improve mobility.

Certified coaches help you apply pain neuroscience strategies, build habits that support your nervous system, and stay motivated. Peer groups offer encouragement from people who’ve lived it, too.

Support, access, and progress—from anywhere.

No. Our program is flexible. If you already have a trusted provider, like a pain physician, therapist, or PT, we’re happy to collaborate. You can work with the Override specialists who best support your needs while continuing care with your existing team.

Most people work with Override for 3 to 6 months, but the program is designed to meet you where you are. Some patients benefit from a shorter or longer course of care, depending on their needs and goals.

Many people “graduate” from the program once they’ve built the tools and confidence to manage their pain independently. However, it’s not uncommon for patients to return for occasional booster visits when they need extra support. We’re here for you, whether you’re just getting started or navigating a challenging moment down the road.

Yes, our pain medicine providers can prescribe non-opioid medications when appropriate. We focus on treating pain without relying on narcotics, using evidence-based alternatives to help manage your symptoms safely and effectively.

While we do not prescribe opioids, many of our patients are currently using opioids prescribed by other providers. This does not exclude you from participating in our program. We regularly work with patients who are on opioid therapy and coordinate closely with their prescribing physicians to ensure safe, integrated care.

We’re proud to say that many of our patients have been able to reduce their opioid dependence through our program, thanks to personalized support and a whole-person approach to pain management.

Override is comprehensive, virtual-first, and built on teamwork. Unlike many traditional clinics where care is siloed, our providers work together across disciplines—including pain medicine, physical therapy, behavioral health, and coaching—to create a single, coordinated care plan that’s tailored to you.

You don’t have to navigate your care on your own. Your Override team communicates regularly, tracks your progress together, and adjusts your plan in real time to ensure you’re getting the support you need, when you need it.
